To keep our prices fair and reasonable, we have decided to cost shipping individually for each order. Generally for items that are small and light such as cake toppers, acrylic plaques etc, the shipping cost will be capped at $10.  

For larger, bulky, or heavy items, we shall calculate the shipping cost and advise you prior to confirming your order. If you are in a remote area, we will absorb some of the shipping cost to help you to be able to get the items you need without the fear of exorbitant additional cost.  

We do not accept liability for items left unattended by the courier, however we may work with you to find a solution.

We encourage you to provide an address where someone will be available during delivery times and that is out of the weather etc.  

We are not currently shipping internationally – however please contact us to discuss if you need us to look at this.  We have not currently using a shipping system that is automated so we will provide you with either an email or text when your package is posted. Tracking will be provided on larger or custom items.
