Yes please. Whilst we love the convenience of emails, messages and online chats, nothing beats a phone call to get it happening quickly. Please note though that we are early workers - phone calls are all good between 6:30am and 8am, and later in the day between 5pm and 7pm. Weekends are good for us too - although you might catch us in the shed getting creative. Outside of these times, please use the usual channels of emails or Messenger.
We are stoked to work with your design file and can usually tweak them to suit laser work, however don't stress if you don't have anything - we subscribe to a number of websites that specialise in design and can find something that matches your needs. We also create, edit and customise in Lightburn which integrates with our Koenig laser engraver.
Our laser bed is 900mm x 600mm however larger items can be 'fed-in' from each side of the machine. Have a chat to find out more about sizing options.
We have a range of standard items that are 'retail-ready' and they are in the colours that you see on the website, however if your person has a fave colour, reach out and I'm sure we will be able to get it done (there may be a longer time required if we need to order in that fab colour though).
Like everyone, we try to keep our prices reasonable (we prefer to have you coming back for more items) but running this machine isn't cheap! We will always give you the 'finished product' price before we commence any custom work. The price sometimes can't be calculated until we have the design file, type of timber etc. This informs the engraving time - for example, a high resolution means a longer engraving time, but gives a better finish. YETI's can take anywhere from 5 min to 50 min, plus design time. Don't be shy though - please ask!
If you are local to our area, we can usually organise collection from Caniaba or meet-up in the local area. Otherwise we use Australia Post but can arrange shipping via your fave courier. Some customers have requested their items get sent via a local company truck as it does the deliveries between their depots - whatever works for you we shall work with you to getting it done (and keeping your cost down).
