Refund Policy

We want to keep everyone loving their items and us – if you receive your order and have a concern about it, you must contact us within 7 days.  

If the item is damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, send us a photo of the packaging and the product. If it is our mistake, we will cover the return costs and provide you with a repair, replacement or refund.  

We will NOT provide refunds for change of mind or your spelling/grammar error. As previously mentioned though – please reach out and we shall see if there is anything that we can do, we don’t want you to have a product that you can’t use or gift.  

We will NOT provide refunds if you have provided an incorrect address. Whilst everyone makes mistakes, this is not an error that we could possibly be aware of.
